HOW TO REGISTER WITH THE CLEARINGHOUSE - SELECT CDS SHREVEPORT AS YOUR SAP FOR YOUR RTD PROCESS

If your employer has experience with the process of how CDL Drivers register with the CLEARINGHOUSE they can walk you through it.  To register with FMCSA CLEARINGHOUSE you can click on the link provided below.

Once you have done so you will need to select a SAP who will perform your RTD evaluation, which includes recommendations required to complete before you return to duty.  You can select my services by searching for CDS Shreveport in the available providers list. Once you select CDS Shreveport I will receive an alert from the Clearinghouse and I will then APPROVE your selection and contact you ASAP.

Again, after clicking on the FMCSA link and registering, enter CDS Shreveport to select me as your SAP.
